Wanda Debrewer, Ph.D. | MILE Project Manager

Dr. Wanda Debrewer wears many hats. In 2026, Wanda earned her Ph.D. in Urban Educational Leadership Program at Morgan State University, with research interests including early literacy learning and play, as well as Black girls' K-3 lived experiences in outdoor learning environments. Wanda holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Wilson College and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Towson University. She retired with 31 years of service in Prince George's County and Baltimore County Public School Systems.
