Nemain Morgan-Curtis | Research Associate and Faculty Assistant
Nemain Morgan-Curtis is MILE’s newest full-time research associate and faculty assistant. However, Nemain is not entirely new to the MILE team. Nemain was first involved with the MILE team in the Spring of 2024 as a graduate research assistant to support the statewide literacy plan review and research effort. Now, she supports MILE across projects with project management, design and facilitation of professional learning, improvement science with program evaluation and research tool creation, and policy and implementation research.
Nemain earned her Master of Arts in Education Policy Studies from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Agnes Scott College. Previously, she worked as a School Operations Manager for KIPP DC. When she’s not in the office, she's hanging out with her cat, listening to music, or enjoying time outside.
